About the Role

monday.com is looking for a Go-To-Market Leader to own monday CRM's channel partner strategy across EMEA, based in London. You will take ownership of our go-to-market strategy, focusing on building successful market penetration through a differentiated partner-led motion. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who is ready to make a regional impact on our channel strategy.

You're a driven leader seeking meaningful achievements in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with the Head of Channel Partners EMEA and the Head of Global GTM for monday CRM. You're a builder who thrives at the intersection of product, GTM, marketing, partnerships, and sales.

You will lead the charge in positioning monday CRM as a competitive player in the CRM space by attracting and activating boutique, AI-native transformation agencies and other strategic partners. You'll craft customer messaging, own competitive differentiation, and develop sales enablement tools that drive both customer acquisition and expansion.

What You'll Own

GTM Ownership
  • Develop and execute an end-to-end go-to-market strategy for monday CRM tailored to SMB, mid-market, and enterprise customers across EMEA.

Partner Strategy
  • Design and operationalize a partner program that attracts, enables, and scales strategic alliances with boutique, AI-native transformation agencies focused on CRM transformation.

Differentiation & Messaging
  • Define and continuously refine our CRM value proposition, messaging framework, and competitive positioning.

  • Articulate monday CRM's agentic capabilities vs. legacy CRM platforms.

Sales & Partner Enablement
  • Build impactful tools including battle cards, objection handling guides, talk tracks, and ROI calculators for internal teams and partners.

Customer Acquisition & Expansion
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and partnerships to identify new revenue opportunities, increase win rates, and improve deal velocity.

Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships to align the product roadmap, campaign strategy, and partner incentives with business goals.

Market Insights
  • Stay on top of EMEA market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform messaging, product positioning, and strategic decisions.

Requirements
  1. 4-6 years of experience in Business Value, Go-to-Market, Product Marketing, or Partner Strategy roles within B2B SaaS

  2. Deep knowledge of the CRM ecosystem, including AI-native CRM entrants and agentic workflow tooling, and proven experience engaging with boutique, AI-native transformation agencies

  3. EMEA market experience, ideally UK/London-based or with established EMEA partner networks

  4. Strategic thinker with the ability to connect the dots between customer needs, product capabilities, and market opportunities

  5. Strong communicator with a talent for translating complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives

  6. Builder mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-moving environment

  7. Collaborative leader with a track record of aligning cross-functional teams

  8. Familiarity with AI agent frameworks, prompt-based workflows, or CRM automation at the workflow layer
