The Role

Airwallex is seeking a results-driven Partner Marketing Manager, UK and EMEA to join the regional marketing team. This is a strategic and hands-on individual contributor role responsible for developing and executing integrated partner marketing programmes for Airwallex’s largest EMEA market. The person in this role will be the first dedicated partner marketer for the region, reporting to the Senior Manager, Field and Partner Marketing, EMEA.

This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills and a proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns through partnerships. You will work closely with GTM Partnerships, Strategic Partnerships, Sales, and cross-functional regional and global marketing teams to design localised and scalable programmes across events, partner campaigns, community programmes, and high-value account-based initiatives. Your programmes will generate customer demand, accelerate GTM partner referral pipeline, strengthen partner relationships, and build long-term partner engagement across the UK.

You Will
  • Lead and execute partner marketing for UK and wider EMEA, collaborating with the GTM and VC Partner teams to increase brand visibility and commercial impact in the region.

  • Jointly with the commercial partnerships teams, identify, build and activate collaborations that drive relevant conversations in the marketplace for our key GTM partner sectors: Accounting, CorpSec, NetSuite consultants, eCommerce, Music & Entertainment, Ecosystem and VC partners, with a focus on UK and wider EMEA as needed.

  • Work closely with global and regional marketing teams to execute partner marketing programs both online and offline - including events, paid media, PR, content, campaigns, offers, ABM.

  • Support our strategy and go-to-market teams to launch new products in the UK.

  • Lead on the creation of compelling content that communicates the unique capabilities of key GTM and strategic partners, working closely with content and product marketing teams. Content can include case studies, sales readiness kits, playbooks, pitch decks, feature decks, product videos, web copy, white papers, demos and more.

  • Lead on reporting for partner marketing and communities - Track, analyse, and communicate programme performance, using data and learnings to iterate fast, optimise future activity and improve how impact is measured within your domain.

  • Manage budgets across multiple channels and initiatives, with a clear view of return on investment and performance against objectives.

  • Build the tracking/ reporting framework to assess the performance of partnership marketing activities, tracking key metrics and outcomes. Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize partnership value and effectiveness.

What You’ll Bring (qualifications)
  • 5-7+ years experience in partnership / alliances marketing or related roles, ideally in a B2B fintech, SaaS, payments, or technology environment.

  • Have a track record of launching and executing successful and impactful go-to-market launches with partners including branding, lead generation, and customer acquisition.

  • Have worked in highly cross-functional teams, and have demonstrated accomplishments which showcase your ability to partner with different teams across the company.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform decision-making and optimize performance.

  • Are savvy at relationship-building with internal and external stakeholders/partners.

  • Knowledge of the payments industry, international business, and cross-border commerce is a plus.
