Based remotely in the UK, you will support partner marketing activity across EMEA within the education sector, working across campaign delivery, partner enablement, events and programme operations.

Key Responsibilities
The role

This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex programmes, working with multiple stakeholders and ensuring excellent execution. You will manage marketing investment processes, help partners deliver high-quality campaigns, coordinate regional campaign activity and support key industry events and leadership programmes.
What you’ll be doing

Partner marketing fund management and governance

  • Manage the end-to-end process for partner marketing funds across EMEA.
  • Review partner marketing proposals, ensuring alignment with campaign requirements, brand standards and agreed objectives.
  • Advise partners on effective marketing approaches and support them in developing high-quality activity plans.
  • Track campaign delivery, budget use and performance metrics, identifying opportunities to improve return on investment.
  • Maintain clear reporting and governance across the programme.

Regional campaign studio management

  • Coordinate a regional partner marketing campaign programme for the education sector.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to source, localise and launch one to two relevant EMEA campaigns per quarter.
  • Collaborate with external agency partners to deliver campaigns that support adoption and active usage goals.
  • Monitor campaign and platform engagement, reporting on performance and recommendations.
  • Create enablement materials and coordinate internal communications to help channel and sales teams amplify campaigns with partners.

Strategic partner events

  • Provide operational, logistics and execution support for high-profile partner conferences, trade shows and industry events.
  • Coordinate key event activities, stakeholder communications, materials and partner presence.
  • Support post-event follow-up, reporting and process improvements.

Higher Education Leader Series

  • Manage day-to-day delivery of a Higher Education event portfolio.
  • Lead attendee communications, including invitations, RSVP templates and registration journeys.
  • Maintain accurate registration tracking and provide regular internal updates.
  • Support the wider team with ad-hoc programme coordination where needed.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • Experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, programme management or campaign operations.
  • Exposure to managing marketing investment, co-marketing budgets, MDF or similar partner funding programmes.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines independently.
  • Experience coordinating regional or multi-market marketing campaigns, including localisation and performance reporting.
  • Confidence working with agencies, external partners and senior internal stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting events, conferences or executive engagement programmes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, sound judgement and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
  • Interest or experience in education, technology or B2B marketing would be beneficial.
  • Must be UK-based and have the right to work in the UK.
