About AMBOSS

AMBOSS is a learning and clinical decision support tool striving to empower physicians across the globe to provide the best possible care. Our founders set out in 2011 to create a tool they would have hoped to have as medical students and doctors. Since then we have grown to currently operate in 180 countries and have gained immense traction in Germany and the US. Currently, we are pursuing this mission with more than 500+ employees in our offices in Berlin, Cologne, New York, and Cagliari.

With more than 30 trusted partners, including Germany’s largest and most influential professional associations and medical societies, our collaborations enhance the credibility of our product, strengthen our brand and drive new user acquisition through initiatives. Each partnership is built on mutual interest, ensuring a sustainable, win-win relationship that evolves and grows over time.

As a Partnership Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering these valuable relationships and identifying new opportunities to expand our network of trusted collaborators, your contribution will be crucial for our growth in the Nursing market.

You will:

  • Support and manage the development of existing partnerships with medical societies, professional associations, and other medical organizations in the DACH region
  • Support the development of new partnerships and projects in the area of the AMBOSS medical knowledge database and AMBOSS training courses
  • Generate leads for the acquisition of new partners: ‘AMBOSS nursing knowledge’ 
  • Drive our special newsletter format and support participating in congresses as well as preparation of our ‘Partner Newsletter’ for the medical societies
  • Support the Partnership Team with preparatory analyses of new partners and market opportunities
  • Represent AMBOSS at trade fairs and congresses with our Event Team

You bring: 

  • You speak German at a native level and are fluent in English
  • You have at least three years of professional experience, ideally in partnership or sales roles, political organizations
  • Strong communication skills: engaging, persuasive and good storytelling skills
  •  You are able to understand and balance  the interests of various stakeholders in medicine and draw insightful conclusions
  • You have a big interest in the health tech sector, and are keen to work with various stakeholders in medicine
