About the role and about You:

We’re looking for a Partnership Marketing Manager who brings energy, curiosity, and ownership to everything they do. This role is for someone who thrives on collaboration, takes pride in follow-through, and believes great partnerships are built through trust, creativity, and momentum—not just decks and deliverables.

You’ll help bring partnerships to life across campaigns, content, and community moments, working closely with internal teams and external partners to make sure every activation feels authentic to Zwift.

This is a mid-level role—perfect for someone who knows the fundamentals, is confident running with projects, and is hungry to grow.

What you’ll do:

  • Own the day-to-day marketing execution of select partnerships, from kickoff to wrap-up
  • Turn partnership ideas into clear, compelling activations across digital, social, in-game, and experiential channels
  • Be a great teammate—collaborating closely with Creative, Brand, Social, Paid Media, Product, Comms, Sports Marketing and Commercial teams
  • Build strong working relationships with partners through clarity, reliability, and positivity
  • With the support of the project management team, manage timelines, assets, approvals, and deliverables with a calm, organised approach
  • Spot opportunities to make partnerships better, smarter, and more Zwift-y
  • Bring ideas to the table—and the grit to see them through
  • Comfortable working with performance metrics, campaign results, and post-campaign learnings to help improve future partnerships

What we’re looking for:

  • Leads with optimism and solutions, even when things get messy
  • Takes ownership—you don’t wait to be told, and you don’t drop the ball
  • Communicates clearly, and confidently with people at all levels
  • Is comfortable with ambiguity and can move projects forward without perfect information
  • Cares about craft, details, and delivering work you’re proud of
  • Is genuinely excited about partnerships, people, and making things happen
  • Can balance confidence with humility—you’re always learning
  • Already an active Zwifter or aware of Zwift

Bonus points:

  • 5+ years of experience in partnership marketing, brand marketing, or integrated marketing
  • Multilingual
  • Sports marketing experience in developing and maintaining key partner and athlete relationships

If Zwift determines in any stage of our interviews that any AI tools are being used without disclosure or citation, your candidacy will be disqualified.

What you need to know about the Edinburgh Tech Scene

From traditional pubs and centuries-old universities to sleek shopping malls and glass-paneled office buildings, Edinburgh's architecture reflects its unique blend of history and modernity. But the fusion of past and future isn't just visible in its buildings; it's also shaping the city's economy. Named the United Kingdom's leading technology ecosystem outside of London, Edinburgh plays host to major global companies like Apple and Adobe, as well as a growing number of innovative startups in fields like cybersecurity, finance and healthcare.
