Partnerships Marketing Manager, EMEA

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Partnerships Marketing Manager to drive pipeline-oriented programs that showcase the combined power of Adyen and our key partners in EMEA. You will be responsible for developing a cohesive regional partner marketing strategy that maps to our global partnership strategy while ensuring the partner ecosystem is a primary driver of the regional "commercial engine".

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in a B2B marketing role, channel marketing or strategic partnerships with a proven track record of delivering go-to-market programs in collaboration with local and global senior stakeholders.

This role reports into the Global Head of Partnerships Marketing and sit at the intersection of the EMEA Marketing, Global Partnerships Marketing and EMEA commercial Partnership teams.

The main focus of this role is to drive effective partnership marketing programs for "Critical to Win" EMEA partners and enable local marketing teams in the region to successfully drive pipeline generation in their markets by embedding key partner value propositions into integrated campaigns.

What you’ll do
  • Strategic program development: Design and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing programs with critical-to-win EMEA partners to drive enterprise business acquisition and brand preference for Adyen.
  • Local market enablement: Support and enable local EMEA markets to activate targeted marketing efforts aimed at "Critical to Win" partners, ensuring they are integrated with the overall local marketing approach.
  • Commercial alignment: Partner closely with EMEA Partnerships teams and Marketing leads to ensure all marketing activities are laser-focused on local revenue goals and market nuances.
  • Data-driven iteration: Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, using a "launch fast and iterate" mindset to pivot resources toward the highest-impact activities.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Act as the connective tissue between regional execution and global strategy, ensuring EMEA-specific needs are represented in the global roadmap.
Who You Are
  • A natural connector: You excel at navigating complex organizations and building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners alike.
  • Growth-minded: You are focused on the "commercial engine" - you understand that success is measured by pipeline and margin put live.
  • Strategically agile: You can pivot easily between high-level strategic planning and the tactical "sleeves-rolled-up" execution required to launch campaigns.
  • EMEA expert: You have a deep understanding of the EMEA partner landscape (SIs, Platforms, and Alliances) and how to navigate regional market differences.
  • Strong communicator: You are fluent in spoken and written English and comfortable working across time zones and multiple cultures.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B Marketing, Partner Marketing, or Channel Marketing (FinTech or SaaS experience in EMEA is a plus).
  • Proven track record of managing marketing programs across multiple European markets, understanding cultural nuances.
  • Experience working with Target Account Lists (ABM/ABX) and managing high-touch partner relationships.
  • Ability to thrive in a "new team" environment - you are comfortable building the plane while flying it.
