Job Requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of payroll administration experience in a bureau or multi customer environment
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems, data entry, and reconciliation processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Advanced knowledge of multiple payroll systems and supporting tools (advanced excel knowledge is a must)
- Experience processing end to end payroll for multiple customers
- Understanding of statutory payroll obligations (e.g., pensions, tax, statutory payments, benefits).
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Demonstrable experience of complex problem solving and solutions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Scope and design bespoke solutions for custom payroll requirements
- Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations.
- Liaise with internal teams to coordinate payroll-related issues and updates.
- End to end payroll processing for strategic customers
- Identify and suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
