While this role is UK-based, you’ll collaborate with colleagues across EMEA and the US, all united by a shared mission to streamline and scale our global payroll operations.

What we’re looking for
We’re seeking someone with deep expertise in payroll and a passion for getting the details right. The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Extensive experience in global payroll, with a strong emphasis on UK payroll

  • Familiarity with payroll processes in Germany, France, and Spain (US is a plus!)

  • Solid understanding of UK statutory payroll regulations

  • Experience using in-house UK payroll systems

  • Comfortable working with third-party payroll providers

  • Advanced Excel skills to manage, analyze, and reconcile data

  • A keen eye for detail and a drive to spot and correct inconsistencies

  • A professional and discreet approach to handling confidential data

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • A proactive mindset with a desire to simplify and improve processes

We encourage you to apply! Research shows that certain groups are less likely to apply unless they meet every requirement, but you may be just the right candidate for this or other roles. We know that diverse perspectives foster innovation, and we’re committed to building a team that reflects a variety of backgrounds, experiences, and skills.
