Precision for Medicine is a Clinical Research Organization. Precision’s uniquely integrated offering enables the science of precision medicine by combining novel clinical trial designs, industry-leading operational and medical experts, advanced biomarker and data analytics solutions, and an unequivocal real passion for rare diseases and oncology, in addition to working across other therapeutic areas. 

As our company continues we grow we are seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our growing organisation.

Essential functions of the job include, but are not limited to:

  • Co-ordinate and process monthly payroll across multiple European counties, liaising with the 3rd party payroll providers to ensure the correct information is processed in respect of starters, leavers, and changes.
  • Review and verify payroll data, including earnings and deductions.
  • Prepare and submit payroll reports to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Employee support- serve as a point of contact for payroll related inquiries.
  • Conduct system audits and reconciliation to identify any discrepancies in payroll data and calculations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Minimum Education & Experience: 

  • 3+ years European payroll experience.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid working understanding of payroll regulations and tax laws.
  • High level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
  • Must be highly proficient in excel (use of Pivot tables)                                                                                                                                                                                                                            

Preferred Education & Experience

  • CIPP Certification is a plus, but not required.
  • Familiarity with automated HRIS, Time and absence systems
