About the Role
We are seeking a curious, driven, people-minded student to join our People Development team! As a People Development Intern, you will primarily focus on the growth & development of our Moose. With this opportunity, you will also be exposed to other areas of the organisation, including People Strategy, Total Rewards, People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Diversity Equity & Inclusion (DEI), and Workplace Experience; as well as other cross-functional teams.
This role requires:

In this role, you will:
TECHNOLOGY:

  • Partner with the People Development team as an administrator for our Learning Management System and digital learning platforms, including content, roster, and license management, as well as system changes and updates.
  • Support the research and potential implementation of new technologies and AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Google Gemini) to support team efficiency, on-the-job learning experiences, learning personalization, and employee growth.


LEARNING EXPERIENCES:

  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders to support learning initiatives, aligned with organisational objectives.


OPERATIONS

  • Assist in the development of standard operational procedures for learning initiatives.
  • Support data and analytics work to encourage learner accountability/engagement and optimize our learning experiences.
  • Coordinate logistics for blended learning experiences, including scheduling and communications.

Functional Skills (Role-Specific)

  • Content Creation: Demonstrate proficiency with basic design tools such as G-Suite, Canva, video/photo editing software, as well as with basic design principles.
  • Project Management: Effectively manages one's time and the successful completion of projects through organization and attention to detail.
  • Data Analytics: Collects, analyzes, and synthesizes data to demonstrate team impact in alignment with organisational objectives.


Successful candidates should be:

  • Currently studying a relevant degree, displaying a strong academic record, and eligible for placement between June 2025 - May 2026.
  • Currently residing in Northern Ireland and have the Right to Work within the UK
