About Us
TravelPerk is a global travel and expense management platform. Its all-in-one platform gives travelers the freedom they want whilst providing companies with the control they need. The result saves time, money, and hassle for everyone.
TravelPerk has industry-leading travel inventory alongside powerful management features, 24/7 customer support, state-of-the-art technology, and consumer-grade design.
Founded in 2015 and headquartered in Barcelona, we’ve grown to over 1,800 people across Europe and North America. In 2022 we became a ‘unicorn’ and in 2025, we raised Series E funding at $2.7 billion valuation, alongside our acquisition of Yokoy, to become the leader in integrated travel and expense management.
We’ve been winning awards too. Since 2023, we’ve been voted one of the best places to work, one of the fastest-growing apps and tech companies, and a leading pioneer of business travel.
These are just some of the reasons why global brands like Wise, Red Bull, GetYourGuide, and Aesop trust us to get the most out of their travel.

We’re looking for a People Generalist to serve as a trusted advisor to managers, taking ownership to ensure the smooth operation of people partner processes while contributing to broader People initiatives.
You’ll manage employee relations matters, support change initiatives, and provide guidance that balances employee experience with business needs.
If you thrive in fast-paced environments, know how to turn tactical delivery into streamlined ways of working, and want to make a meaningful impact on people and performance, we’d love to meet you.
What you’ll do
- Be a trusted advisor to managers on routine People matters, including performance, absence, and employee well-being.
- Take ownership of employee lifecycle activities (e.g. transfers, contractual changes, offboarding processes).
- Manage routine employee relations cases independently, escalating only the most complex matters.
- Support change initiatives such as org changes, restructures, or policy updates.
- Analyse People data to identify trends and make recommendations for better ways of working across the People Partner function
- Partner with the wider People Team to identify needs and recommend solutions that drive improvement across performance, engagement, and talent initiatives, tailoring delivery as required.
- Managers you advise feel supported and capable of handling people-related topics within their teams.
- People processes run smoothly, with improvements implemented proactively.
- Employee relations issues are managed effectively with minimal escalation.
- People data and insights are used to inform functional or departmental decisions.
- Solid experience in an HR Generalist role, with exposure to employee relations and HR advisory.
- Understanding of HR processes, employment law, and best practice across Europe but especially in Spain.
- Confidence and capability in advising managers on routine people topics.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and spot trends.
- Proactive approach to improving processes and enhancing both ways of working and employee experience.

How We Work
Our Vision is for a world where TravelPerk is the platform for human connection in real life (IRL). We take an IRL-first approach to work, where our team works together in person 3 days a week. For roles in Customer Care, this can be up to 5 days per week in the office. As such, this role requires you to be within commuting distance of our hubs. We fundamentally believe in meeting in real life to improve connectivity, productivity, and creativity, ultimately making us a great workplace.
At TravelPerk, we prioritise experience and potential over academic qualifications for this role. Talent and ability aren't always reflected in formal credentials.
TravelPerk is a global company with a diverse customer base, and we want to ensure that the people behind our product reflect that. We're an equal opportunity employer, meaning you're welcome at TravelPerk regardless of your appearance, where you're from, or anything else that makes you.
