Are you a strategic people leader who thrives in a fast-moving international environment? We are looking for an experienced People Lead Commercial to shape the people agenda for our Budapest commercial team while helping drive regional people strategy across Hungary, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia.
In this role, you will partner closely with senior commercial leaders, lead organizational and cultural transformation, and create an engaging, high-performing workplace where people and business can grow together.
What does this job entail?
  • Lead the people agenda for the Budapest commercial organization
  • Act as a trusted advisor and coach to commercial leaders
  • Drive talent planning, leadership development, succession planning, and employee engagement
  • Lead organizational design and transformation initiatives across the region
  • Strengthen performance culture and managerial capability
  • Ensure compliance with Hungarian labor regulations and manage works council relations
  • Use people insights and analytics to support strategic business decisions
  • Champion inclusion, well-being, and continuous improvement
  • Take hands-on approach to day-to-day people operations including administrative and operational tasks

What you bring?
  • Proven people leadership experience in a multinational organization
  • Strong background in organizational development, employee engagement, and change leadership
  • Ability to influence and partner with leaders at all levels
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on, solution-focused approach
  • Experience working in a dynamic, performance-driven environment
  • Fluent Hungarian and English language skills
  • University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field
