We foster a collaborative and growth-oriented culture, allowing you to be part of a dynamic, forward-thinking team.

The role in a nutshell 🔍

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll own and optimize our paid advertising strategy across Google, LinkedIn, and retargeting platforms. 🎯 Your goal? Fuel Infiterra’s sales funnel with high-quality MQLs while maximizing ROI and pipeline impact.

How you’ll work

You’ll design, launch, and continuously improve paid ad campaigns that align with buyer personas and GTM strategies. From testing creative variations, to monitoring performance, to reporting on funnel impact—you’ll be hands-on in every detail. You’ll collaborate closely with strategy, ops, and sales to ensure campaigns are integrated and performance is visible at every stage.

🙋‍♀️ Our Ideal Candidate Profile
You’re a data-driven marketer who thrives on testing, iteration, and optimization. You balance creative thinking with analytical rigor, and you love turning campaign insights into clear business outcomes. You enjoy working cross-functionally, staying on top of ad platform changes, and bringing both strategic ideas and hands-on execution to the table.

Why You’ll Love It Here 💙

  • A culture that values experimentation, testing, and measurable growth
  • Direct impact on revenue and pipeline acceleration
  • Opportunity to work across international markets and diverse personas
  • A collaborative team environment with space to innovate and grow

📋 What you’ll do

  • Digital Advertising Campaigns: Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and retargeting platforms. Monitor performance, adjust targeting, and manage budgets for CPL efficiency.
  • A/B Testing & Persona Alignment: Run structured A/B tests on creative, messaging, and targeting. Analyze outcomes and scale winning variations.
  • Reporting & Optimization: Deliver clear performance reports on CPL, CTR, and funnel impact. Reallocate budget monthly to maximize ROI.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with the Online Strategist, Marketing Ops, and Senior Marketing Manager to ensure messaging alignment, accurate lead tracking, and campaign integration.
  • Brand Alignment: Ensure all ads reflect Infiterra’s brand guidelines, tone, and professionalism.

Requirements

🛠️ What you bring

  • B2B SaaS Marketing Experience: 4+ years running performance campaigns in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and retargeting with proven MQL impact.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of how marketing drives pipeline and revenue, not just clicks.
  • Campaign Engineering Skills: Skilled in setup, bidding, keyword strategy, targeting, and budget optimization.
  • MarTech Expertise: Hands-on with HubSpot (or similar) for attribution, tracking, and lifecycle management.
  • Analytical Rigor: Strong command of CPL, CTR, CVR, and ROI, with the ability to present insights clearly to stakeholders.
  • Testing Mindset: Experience designing structured A/B tests, interpreting results with rigor, and scaling improvements.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to connect campaigns to buyer personas, customer journeys, and GTM motions.
  • Platform Savviness: Up-to-date on Google and LinkedIn algorithms, formats, and emerging best practices.
  • Collaboration & Communication skills: Strong cross-team partner with excellent written and verbal skills to turn performance data into actionable insights.
