About the Job:
The Platform Manager, AI will lead the development, deployment, and management of AI platforms to drive innovation, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver customer value. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management:
- Build, mentor, and lead a team of engineers, data scientists, and AI specialists.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and technical excellence.

Strategic Planning:
- Define the vision and strategy for AI platforms in alignment with company goals.
- Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Platform Development:
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI/ML solutions.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and privacy standards.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and business leaders to identify AI-driven opportunities.
- Communicate progress and key insights effectively to stakeholders.

Operational Excellence:
- Monitor platform performance and drive continuous improvements.
- Optimize processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in software engineering or AI/ML development
- 2-3 years in a leadership role managing high-performing teams
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and generative AI tools
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams and drive business outcomes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with an innovative mindset
