What you’ll do:

  • Document Management: Organise, store, and retrieve documents electronically or in hard copy.

  • Version Control: Ensures all documents are up-to-date and the latest version is being used.

  • Distribution: Distributes documents to the appropriate stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and project teams.

  • Compliance: Ensures documents comply with industry standards and legal requirements.

  • Record Keeping: Maintains accurate and complete records of all documents.

  • Archiving and Disposal: Manages the archiving and disposal of documents according to retention policies and legal requirements.

  • Communication: Communicates with project teams and stakeholders about document updates and availability.

  • Training and Support: Provides support and training to project team members on using document management systems.

You’ll have the following skills and experience:

  • Proficiency in using document management software and other relevant software

  • Ability to organise and manage large volumes of documents.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, project teams and stakeholders.

  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy in maintaining and updating records.

  • Familiarity with Construction Industry: Understanding of construction project workflows and document types
