The Globalize Operations Manager leads strategic initiatives that modernize and optimize Globalize operations, ensuring alignment with the organization’s people strategy and overall business objectives. This role oversees cross-functional programs focused on process improvement, digital enablement, organizational effectiveness, and change management.

About the Role

We are looking for a Portfolio Operations Manager to ensure that portfolio initiatives move forward efficiently.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving execution across a portfolio of initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities defined by the Globalize Portfolio Director. While strategy and direction are set at the leadership level, you own coordination, momentum, and delivery.
This is a highly execution-focused role, ideal for someone who thrives in complex, multi-stakeholder environments and knows how to move work forward without formal authority.

 Key Responsibilities

  •  Track and manage portfolio initiatives using an OKR-based framework
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution
  • Prepare clear, concise, executive-level progress updates
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers early
  • Push for decisions when ambiguity or misalignment slows progress
  • Adapt, pause, or close initiatives that no longer make strategic or operational sense

 How You’ll Work

  • Operate within OKRs defined by the Global Portfolio Director
  • Provide structure and clarity without micromanagement
  • Act as the execution owner for the portfolio
  • Enable leadership to focus on strategy, clients, and growth


Requirements

Qualifications

  •  Proven experience in Program Management or Portfolio Management
  • PMP certification strongly preferred
  • Experience in Operations or Studio Operations is a plus 

Skills

  • Strong execution and follow-through 
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills without direct authority
  • Clear, concise communicator (written and verbal)
  • Comfortable driving decisions and accountability
  • Highly organized, pragmatic, and outcome-oriented
