PPC Executive - UK

Leeds (Thorpe Park) / Hybrid - typically up to 2 days WFH 

SharkNinja is the company behind the hugely successful Shark and Ninja brands. We now have an opportunity for a PPC Executive to join the team and we are searching for a detail-oriented professional with experience in a D2C environment.

In this role, you will work across Search & Shopping for both the Shark & Ninja brands, playing a crucial role in delivering further growth in 2025 and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day to day management of Search & Shopping accounts (multi-million-pound annual budget)
  • Analyse/manipulate performance data to identify areas to improve or opportunities to drive further wins
  • Conduct keyword research and refresh ad copy as well as account extensions.
  • Responsible for explaining and reporting daily, weekly, and monthly performance against forecast and KPI’s
  • Ensure account hygiene is of a gold standard with a best-in-class approach to campaign setup & optimization. This will involve collaborating with peers across the globe
  • Utilise automation (when appropriate) and continuously optimise bidding strategies, CTR and CPC
  • Monitor & analyse competitor activity daily
  • We believe innovation is crucial in achieving long-term growth/success and you will be expected to challenge the ordinary. We are looking for somebody who can consistently identify and test innovative opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams including customer insights, merchandising, commercial finance and analytics teams
  • Create, implement & refine a successful category strategy that is aligned with SharkNinja’s objectives and goals
  • Ensure we are getting the most out of our technology platforms & external partners (such as Google & Bing)
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, algorithm changes, and new ad features.


About you:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in PPC (Ideally working on eCommerce brands)
  • Experience in managing a monthly budget exceeding £50k
  • A strong commercial acumen, meticulous attention to detail, and a results-driven mindset are essential for this role.
  • A motivated self-starter who is ambitious & curious, with a desire to test new ideas
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work with a variety of styles and personalities
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a proven track record of being able to multitask
  • Advanced data manipulation skills, strong Excel knowledge is essential
  • Experience working in a retail environment would be advantageous
  • Full certification for Google Ads & Bing is preferable. Experience with SA360 would be advantageous
  • Experience using Data Studio and GA4s is advantageous
