Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions that meet their needs.
  • Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to utilise Sphynx's solutions for the clients. Design and support appropriate solutions tailored to customer needs/environment.
  • Act as a technical resource during the sales process, addressing client questions and concerns.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining pre-sales documentation, such as case studies and product specifications.
  • Identify and escalate any potential issues related to the sales process.
  • Stay current with industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position Sphynx solutions.

Act as PM ( Project Manager ) during the implementation phase of the project as well as after sales, working closely with the backend engineering SPHYNX team  .

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Pre-sales Consultant or similar role in a technology-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of software products and solutions, preferably in cybersecurity or IT services.
  • At least 3-5 years experience in in delivering security solutions/projects to clients.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and aptitude for understanding customer needs.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in project management in related IT fields  or consulting is highly desirable.
  • Experience in designing solutions in related IT fields is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
  • Technical certifications, Cybersecurity certifications  relevant to the domain (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA Security+) will be an added advantage.
