Presales support/Technical solution project manager

The Pre-sales Consultant collaborates with sales teams and engineers to deliver tailored technical solutions and presentations, ensuring customer needs are met effectively.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions that meet their needs.
- Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to utilise Sphynx's solutions for the clients. Design and support appropriate solutions tailored to customer needs/environment.
- Act as a technical resource during the sales process, addressing client questions and concerns.
- Assist in developing and maintaining pre-sales documentation, such as case studies and product specifications.
- Identify and escalate any potential issues related to the sales process.
- Stay current with industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position Sphynx solutions.
Act as PM ( Project Manager ) during the implementation phase of the project as well as after sales, working closely with the backend engineering SPHYNX team .
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Pre-sales Consultant or similar role in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of software products and solutions, preferably in cybersecurity or IT services.
- At least 3-5 years experience in in delivering security solutions/projects to clients.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and aptitude for understanding customer needs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in project management in related IT fields or consulting is highly desirable.
- Experience in designing solutions in related IT fields is highly desirable
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Technical certifications, Cybersecurity certifications relevant to the domain (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA Security+) will be an added advantage.
