Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Solution Architect with a proven track record of technically selling solutions into large enterprise organizations. Here at CoreView, as a Pre Sales Solution Architect you will work collaboratively with colleagues and partners to understand customer requirements and design technical solutions that maximize value.
Responsibilities.

· Drive the Technical elements of new business, upsell and cross-sell opportunities

· Understand complex, technical requirements and translate into compelling solution driven solution proposals

· Technical Demonstrations: Conduct compelling technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase how our solutions meet clients’ needs, with a focus on benefits and value.

· Deliver webinars and represent CoreView at marketing events

· Deliver proof of value exercises that clearly articulate tehnical and business value to our prospective customers

· Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with channel partners by acting as a trusted advisor and providing support as needed to ensure their success in the sale and/or implementation of our solutions. This could include SIs, VADs, VARs and MSPs.

· Product Expertise: Serve as a product expert, staying up to date with our SaaS offerings' latest’ features and capabilities and ensuring a deep understanding of how they benefit clients.

· RFP Responses: Contribute to RFP responses by providing detailed technical content and ensuring alignment with client specifications.

· Cost Estimations: Collaborate with the sales team to estimate the costs associated with implementing our solution.

· Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about the competitive landscape and provide insight into how our solutions compare in terms of features, pricing, and value.

· Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, architectural diagrams, and other relevant materials to support the sales process.

Requirements

· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies

· Ability to create and configure Microsoft 365 tenants and Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive

· Good knowledge of Azure DevOps

· Familiarity with on-premises environments implemented through different topologies of Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange Server Bachelor's degree or relevant experience

· Minimum of 3 years working experience as a Solutions Architect in a sales or pre-sales role in the SaaS industry.

· Strong technical expertise

· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical solutions to non-technical people

· Proven experience in designing and presenting technical solutions to clients.

· Experience of selling MSP focused solutions

· Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
