Preproduction Coordinator

Catalent is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Preproduction Coordinator to join our Operations team in Bathgate, Scotland. With nearly 25 years of expertise, our Bathgate site plays a vital role in Catalent’s European clinical supply services network, ensuring the integrity of clinical trial supplies.
The Role:
- Generate clinical trial packaging documentation that meets Catalent, Client, Study, and Regulatory requirements.
- Ensure all documentation adheres to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
- Maintain high-quality standards, documenting any deviations as required.
- Identify and report any potential issues impacting packaging quality or timelines.
- Perform tasks in accordance with the Preproduction skills matrix.
- Support the implementation of new systems or system upgrades relevant to the department.
- Maintain personal training records and attend relevant training sessions.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for the Preproduction team, the Bathgate site, and the wider Catalent organisation.
- Stay informed on industry best practices.
The Candidate:
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft packages.
- Background in pharmaceutical or clinical trials (experience or education highly advantageous).
- Experience in GMP or GDP (highly desirable).
- A proactive and adaptable approach.
