BenefitsWhat we offer
Hypertech designs and delivers high-impact technology solutions across IT Services, AI/Data, analytics platforms, and tech consulting. We work with enterprises, public-sector organizations, and innovation-driven clients in Greece and internationally.
We’re hiring a Presales / BD Manager to own the full cycle from opportunity shaping to proposal submission—turning client needs into clear, winnable solutions with our delivery teams.
What you’ll do (your mission)You’ll sit at the intersection of sales, consulting, and delivery, and you will:
- Identify, qualify, and develop new opportunities in IT consulting, AI/data projects, digital transformation, and software/platform initiatives
- Run discovery with clients: understand business pain, stakeholders, buying process, budget, and timeline
- Shape solution narratives and commercial offers in collaboration with technical leads (architecture, data/AI, engineering)
- Own the presales process: RFP/RFQ responses, proposals, SoWs, pricing, timelines, assumptions, and risk
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline (CRM discipline, forecasting, next steps, close plans)
- Coordinate internal bid teams and ensure proposals are clear, competitive, and compliant
- Prepare and deliver client presentations, demos, and workshops
- Develop partner relationships (cloud vendors, tech partners, system integrators) when useful
- Hand over won projects cleanly to delivery (scope, deliverables, success criteria, governance)
RequirementsRequirements (must-have)
- 4+ years experience in B2B presales, consultative selling, or BD in IT/tech consulting
- Strong ability to translate needs into solutions (not just “sell services”)
- Hands-on experience with proposals: SoWs, RFP responses, pricing models, commercial terms
- Comfort discussing: cloud, data platforms, AI/ML use cases, software delivery, cybersecurity basics (you don’t need to code, but you must speak the language)
- Excellent communication in Greek and English (written and spoken)
- Strong organization and follow-through; you don’t drop balls
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings
- Experience with EU-funded / public-sector tenders and procurement processes
- Network in enterprise, banking, telecom, energy, or public sector
- Familiarity with major cloud ecosystems (AWS/Azure/GCP) and partner programs
- Background in project delivery / PM / solution architecture (even partial)
BenefitsWhat we offer
- Competitive compensation (base + performance-based bonus)
- Hybrid work setup and flexibility
- Work on high-value projects in AI, data, platforms, and digital transformation
- A strong technical team you can confidently take to clients
- Clear growth path into BD Lead / Commercial Director responsibilities
