Join our EMEA pricing team based in our Centre of Excellence in Inchinnan and be part of an exceptional opportunity to contribute to a business driving $4.2BN of annual revenue.

As an Intern - Pricing Analyst EMEA, you will play a meaningful role in driving revenue and operating income goals through price attainment within Thermo Fisher Scientific. Collaborate with the pricing team to develop and implement pricing strategies that provide valuable insights and recommendations to Senior Leadership and business partners. This internship will give you an outstanding perspective on the role pricing plays in profitability, customer experience, and sales.

A day in the Life:

  • Provide pricing guidance and tool support to Commercial teams across 6 Divisions contributing to $4.2BN per year.
  • Support Web enablement and agreement alignment for colleagues in an additional 3 divisions
  • Retrieve, consolidate, analyse, and summarise data to drive overall business success
  • Perform monthly and ad-hoc data analysis for various internal customers
  • Triage requests/queries and provide timely support
  • Assist in the development and refinement of tools, policies, and procedures to improve performance

  • Effective presentation, written, and oral communication skills
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Education

  • Undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, or any related areas

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Prior experience in PowerBI and the effective use of Office 365 for automation is considered advantageous.
  • Technical ability, particularly with MS Excel Spreadsheet application required
  • Native (or proficient) in English.

  • Internship will fulfill a 12-month University placement within curriculum.

  • Ability to be onsite – this is not a remote opportunity.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong professional presence.
