What You’ll Do

  • Conduct research, data analysis, and market assessment to inform product decisions and identify customer needs.
  • Support roadmap planning, backlog management, prioritisation, and user story development alongside Product Managers.
  • Map business processes and document current-state and future-state requirements with stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the identification and definition of AI-enabled use cases, including benefits and implementation considerations.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions, capturing requirements, decisions, actions, and product documentation.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–3 years’ experience in product management, business analysis, or a related digital or technology role.
  • Experience, or strong academic grounding, in delivering digital products within B2B, B2C, or B2B2C environments, ideally in financial services.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into practical product outcomes.
  • Experience working within cross-functional teams and engaging with both business and technology stakeholders.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail, curiosity about emerging technologies, and a desire to develop within a consulting environment.

Bonus Points For

  • Exposure to data-driven, AI-enabled, or platform-based products through professional, academic, or personal projects.
  • Familiarity with AI concepts such as machine learning, large language models, or agentic systems.
  • Experience supporting product delivery in regulated industries.
  • Consulting or client-facing experience.
  • Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and product management practices.

Why Join Capco

  • Deliver high-impact product and experience solutions for leading financial services and energy organisations.
  • Work in a collaborative, flat, and entrepreneurial consulting culture.
  • Access continuous learning, training, and industry certifications.
  • Be part of a practice shaping the future of digital products and services.
  • Grow your career in a global consultancy that values inclusion and individuality.
