Join us as a Product Analyst

  • Take on a new challenge and help us design, develop and launch new products
  • You’ll be joining the Mettle Product team to support the delivery of product improvements to small business customers and colleagues
  • We’ll look to you to support the team to prioritise the most impactful changes for customer and gather requirements for new feature delivery

What you'll do

In this role, you’ll work with Product Owners and their cross-functional squads to support prioritisation and requirements gathering of the improvements we make to customer journeys and colleague tooling. As a Product Analyst, collaborate with Data and Product teams to enable a data-driven approach to product development. You’ll source and analyse data and customer feedback in order to understand feature performance and support backlog prioritisation.

In addition, you’ll also be:

  • Gathering and documenting requirements and user stories for product build and feature delivery processes
  • Supporting key third party relationships to enhance overall value delivered to Mettle and our customers
  • Supporting with product management tasks and wider risk assessment processes
  • Reviewing and creating clear and concise product documentation to enable efficient support for customers

The skills you'll need

To thrive in this role, high attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple priorities. You’ll have strong stakeholder management skills and have experience working in business analysis. Experience working with banking products, small business customers or digital technology products

You’ll also need:

  • Demonstrated ability to document business requirements and/or user stories in a clear and understandable manner
  • Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, focussed on achieving organisational goals
  • To be an entrepreneurial and creative thinker
