The Product Analyst collaborates with teams to analyze user behavior, define metrics, run A/B tests, and provide actionable insights for product improvement.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Product Designers to drive data-informed product decisions
- Define, run, and analyze A/B tests to validate product hypotheses and optimize user experience
- Own and maintain event tracking coverage across web and mobile platforms to ensure accurate data collection
- Analyze user behavior across the full product funnel, including registration, onboarding, deposits, and trading activity
- Leverage tools such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, BigQuery, Tableau, and others to generate actionable insights
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports for product and growth teams to monitor key metrics
- Define and track core product metrics such as activation, retention, conversion, ARPU, etc
- Support product decision-making by providing actionable data insights and recommendations
- Evolve data analytics processes and architecture to improve efficiency, reliability, and scalabilityRequirements
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, preferably in fintech, brokerage, or e-commerce
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to structure information and explore deeper insights when needed
- Strong expertise in A/B testing principles and statistical analysis to validate product hypotheses
- Experience with data visualization tools and BI techniques to create actionable reports and dashboards.
- Proficiency with third-party analytics systems such as Google Analytics, BigQuery, Tableau, Amplitude, Firebase, AppsFlyer, Mixpanel, etc
- Solid knowledge of key product metrics, including experience building funnels and providing recommendations based on data
- Full proficiency in SQL and Excel for querying, analyzing, and presenting data effectively
Will be a plus
- Experience in the CFD, crypto industry
- Programming experience in Python
