Job Overview

As a Product Analyst, you will sit at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Growth. You will own the design of our product analytics framework, define the event taxonomy, and ensure that our tracking and experimentation setup provides the data we need to make confident decisions. You will analyse how users engage with the app, identify opportunities for improvement, and help the team make informed choices through structured A/B testing and continuous learning.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design, document, and maintain a scalable event structure aligned with user journeys and business goals.
  • Collaborate with engineers and PMs to ensure accurate event implementation, QA, and data integrity across the product.
  • Set up and manage Product Analytic dashboards for behavioral analytics, including event schema, user properties, cohorts, and dashboards.
  • Design, set up, and analyse A/B tests and product experiments to evaluate feature impact and guide decision-making.
  • Partner with Product Managers to define success metrics and measure the impact of new features and product changes.
  • Develop dashboards and reports that visualise key metrics for acquisition, engagement, retention, and conversion.
  • Drive a data-informed culture: Empower teams to interpret data and use it to shape hypotheses and product strategies.
  • Collaborate with data engineering to enhance data pipelines and ensure accurate event ingestion into Mixpanel and BI tools.

Requirements
  • Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years in product or data analytics, ideally within a B2C mobile app, fintech, or trading/investing context.
  • Background in financial products, brokerage, or regulated environments will be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Hands-on experience with Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar product analytics tools,  including event setup and taxonomy design.
  • Solid understanding of event-based data structures, tracking plans, and data QA best practices.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data exploration, validation, and experiment analysis.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker, Tableau, Metabase).
  • Experience with A/B testing tools (e.g., Mixpanel Experiments, Optimizely, LaunchDarkly, Firebase Remote Config) and knowledge of experiment design principles (sample sizing, control groups, statistical significance).
  • Excellent understanding of funnel analysis, cohort analysis, retention, and growth metrics.
  • Experience with Python/R for deeper experimentation analysis or statistical modeling will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.

Benefits
  • 24 working days of annual leave
  • Comprehensive Global Medical Insurance Plan, with coverage for the employee and their immediate family from day one
  • Udemy Business unlimited membership
  • Company discount card with access to various goods and services
  • Corporate events and team building activities
  • Professional and personal development opportunities in a fast-growing environment
