- Lead the creation and delivery of platform capabilities throughout the development lifecycle
- Define product requirements and oversee implementation to ensure successful adoption and expansion
- Advocate for Fusion's data management platform and represent its capabilities to clients
- Collaborate with Sales, Client Solutions, Engineering, Product, and Data Science teams
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales and Client Solutions, building long-term partnerships
- Identify growth opportunities through market research and client engagement
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
- Document and maintain clear product requirements for business and technical teams
- Guide cross-functional teams in building, launching, and marketing products
- Facilitate efficient decision-making by organizing, prioritizing, and escalating critical issues
- Provide actionable feedback to stakeholders based on diverse input
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Demonstrate expertise in business and technology strategy within financial and market data environments
- Build strong relationships and interact effectively with senior executives
- Show familiarity with technical concepts, data models, and a passion for product development
- Organize, prioritize, and escalate issues to support efficient decision-making
- Distill feedback into root cause issues and deliver actionable insights
- Communicate clearly through presentations, writing, and verbal skills
- Lead strategic product initiatives with proven success
- Facilitate processes and influence outcomes across teams
- Apply functional knowledge of programming languages (such as Python or R) and database languages (such as SQL)

- Hold an undergraduate or graduate degree in Finance, Math, Engineering, or a related field
