Job Description

This role will be based out of our London, Tallinn or Budapest office alongside our engineering and operations team. 

Your Mission:

In this role, you will be focused on Western Europe and your mission would be to transform the Wise account into a truly local account that customers use as a primary account to send, spend, receive money and manage their financial lives. You would achieve this in two ways: 1) work on understanding customers in this region and build features in Wise account that effectively fulfills customers' core needs for both personal and business customers 2)  building and improving Wise payment rails in the region. You will work closely with the banking team, analytics, compliance and engineering team to move the needle. You will be responsible for Key Performance Indicators for Wise Account and Money Movement rails for your region. You will work on improving speed, lowering cost and reducing friction for customers when they move money in the region.

Your Role:

  • You will own the customer experience of Wise Account for business and personal customers in the countries you own.

  • You‘ll own the efficiency and resilience of money movement rails in your region.

  • You‘ll identify key opportunities to enhance money movement infrastructure, helping customers move money instantly, with minimum costs and friction

  • You‘ll own the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the Wise account and money movement product in the region.

  • You‘ll build a material roadmap that significantly improves the experience of moving money in and out of Wise in this region and improve Wise account features.

  • You‘ll work closely with banking partners, central banks and internal teams to establish direct access to payment schemes
