Role Summary
We are looking for an empathetic and technical Product Manager to own our Remote Browser Isolation solution. Working alongside sales, engineering, and other PM peers, you'll grow a critical part of our SASE business, powering both SSE and Email Security pieces.
Role Responsibilities
You'll truly be acting as the CEO of your product owning the Browser Isolation business inside Cloudflare One. Acting as the "CEO of the Product", you'll be responsible for ensuring success of the product end to end. This includes working alongside sales, support, design, engineering, solution engineering, technical writers, and all pieces of the sales cycle.
We operate with small teams of highly motivated, technical, and experienced engineers. The ideal candidate will have experience working on Chromium based browsers, and a strong understanding of how the web works.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
  • Write requirements documents and work with engineering and design to build, ship, and support enterprise class software
  • Join pre-sales and post-sales calls with customers, sales, support, etc., to assist with, and help understand all phases of the customer lifecycle
  • Support a global engineering, sales, support, customers and partners with a flexible schedule (expect normal North America working hours with occasional calls to support APJC and Europe)
  • Work in a fast paced, dynamic and interrupt driven environment
Role Requirements (Must-Have Skills)
Must-Have Skills
  • 2-5 years working as a product/program manager shipping software related to browsers or complex web applications
  • Experience working alongside engineering, design, and other parts of a traditional SaaS business to ship products to customers
  • Technical depth with DNS, Web technologies, building complex web applications
  • Excellent customer facing skills (empathy, problem solving, clear and succinct communicator)

Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Familiarity with existing Browser Isolation based solutions
  • Experience with building, supporting, or deploying SASE or SSE solutions

Compensation
Compensation may be adjusted depending on work location.
  • For Colorado-based hires: Estimated annual salary of $140,000 - $172,000
  • For Washington DC-based hires: Estimated annual salary of $158,000-$193,000

Equity
This role is eligible to participate in Cloudflare's equity plan.
