At Paymentology, we’re redefining what’s possible in the payments space. As the first truly global issuer-processor, we give banks and fintechs the technology and talent to launch and manage Mastercard and Visa cards at scale - across more than 60 countries.

Our advanced, multi-cloud platform delivers real-time data, unmatched scalability, and the flexibility of shared or dedicated processing instances. It's this global reach and innovation that sets us apart.

We’re looking for a Product Manager to drive the evolution of our Cardholder Solutions, turning complex capabilities like tokenization, spend controls, and xPay into intuitive, modular SDKs, APIs, and MicroFrontends that our clients love to build with. You’ll own the Digital Card Engine experience end to end, partner closely with clients, and craft scalable product journeys that delight end-users across the globe.

What it takes to succeed:

  • Proven product management experience building platform or SDK/API-based products
  • Deep understanding of digital issuance, spend controls, and tokenization in the payments space
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with engineering and design to craft modular, scalable offerings
  • Experience in client-facing roles with the ability to turn insights into actionable product improvements
  • Strong communication, prioritisation, and execution discipline
