We’re building a next generation AI powered Planning Platform as part of our multiyear transformation, modernising how we plan ranges, forecast demand and make decisions across FH&B. This Product Manger role will own the Demand Forecasting product, shaping the future of how we use machine learning, data science and advanced algorithms to deliver better accuracy, more agility, and improved sell through.

What you’ll do 

Your key accountabilities will include

  • Lead the product vision for our forecasting module, from strategy to execution

  • Work closely with roles across the Planning Platform programme and stakeholders such as merchandising & supply chain teams

  • Translate complex forecasting problems into clear and explainable business impacting product solutions

  • Improve model performance, interpret forecasting metrics, and drive user adoption

  • Build tools that help our colleagues make smarter, more confident, more data driven decisions

 

Who you are 

Your skills and experience will include

  • You’ve worked in retail forecasting, planning, trading, merchandising, supply chain, or analytics
  • You understand seasonality, stock flow, promotions, trend patterns, launch curves, and store behavior
  • You’re curious about machine learning and comfortable with data heavy product challenges
  • You have a strong mathematical background and are comfortable working with numbers, patterns, and model outputs 
  • You have experience in and a genuine passion for data, machine learning, algorithms, and predictive modelling, and enjoy collaborating with data scientists and engineers 
  • You’re curious by nature and motivated to dig into the ‘why’ behind forecast changes and accuracy shifts 
  • You can explain complex technical concepts simply and bring cross functional teams with you
  • You love building products that solve real world problems for real users
