Your role in the Team’s Success

Own and drive the development of IG's e-commerce platforms (website, onboarding experience, payments), focusing on optimising customer conversion, retention, and revenue growth.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to provide insights that can make significant commercial impact and be the go-to person for all things data and performance.

What you’ll do

  • Own specific features or components of IG's e-commerce platform
  • Develop and execute roadmaps for assigned e-commerce areas
  • Analyse customer journeys and identify opportunities for optimisation
  • Implement and analyse A/B tests to drive conversion improvements
  • Collaborate with marketing and engineering teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
  • Monitor and report on key e-commerce metrics and KPIs
  • Stay current with e-commerce trends and best practices
  • Gather and prioritise requirements based on customer needs and business goals

What you’ll need for this role

  • Product management experience, with focus on e-commerce or digital platforms
  • Experience with conversion rate optimisation and A/B testing
  • Understanding of payment systems and customer journey mapping
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
  • Experience working in agile environments
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience in financial services or similar regulated environments is a bonus
