We’re looking for a Product Manager for our High Power Diesel product portfolio.

You will be responsible for defining, aligning and executing the product strategy across our global multi-GW fleet of power generation assets for Diesel genset products of 1 MVA and above.  Working with our regional businesses you will ensure the success of our existing product portfolio and identify and introduce the right new products at the right time and pace to meet Aggreko’s growth ambitions.

What you’ll do:

  • Product Strategy Development: Define and communicate product vision and roadmap aligned with business strategy. Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and key skills for delivery.
  • Product Planning: Secure business sponsorship and resources for new product launches. Own product lifecycle from business case to succession. Ensure global specs (technical & sustainability) and recommend make-or-buy decisions.
  • Product Execution: Lead cross-functional teams to source and deliver products on time, within quality and cost targets. Accountable for team outcomes aligned with product strategy.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as Voice of Customer, engaging regional customers, suppliers, executives, sales, and developers. Gather feedback, manage expectations, and build a regional product management community.
  • Competitive Advantage & Analysis: Monitor competitive landscape, industry trends, and market drivers. Maintain strategic supplier relationships and identify new market opportunities.

You’ll have the following skills and experience:

  • Experience with high power gen sets or diesel products would be preferable.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills; communicates clearly and influences diverse stakeholders.
  • Hands-on, self-driven, and confident in owning successful product launches and portfolio growth.
  • Solid commercial sense and technical expertise to define products with strong value and returns.
  • Culturally aware; adapts to differences across countries and regions.
  • Growth mindset focused on business and personal development.
  • Relevant industry experience supporting a credible global product roadmap.
