As a Product Manager at Yuno you'll play a crucial role in the evolution of our reconciliation platform, ensuring that it meets customer needs, and driving continuous improvement. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, and designers, to gather insights, identify opportunities, and contribute to the development and enhancement of the platform.
🟣 Your challenge at Yuno
• Deliver the long term vision for Yuno’s reconciliation platform capabilities and clearly set out the product strategy.
• Deeply understand the needs of Yuno’s reconciliation platform users, their pain points and identify product development opportunities.
• Develop high value reconciliation features and products, managing through from ideation, delivery and go-to-market strategy & launch.
• Manage priorities for the engineering team, ensuring that your team is focusing time on activities that have the highest chance of resulting in positives outcomes while appropriately balancing this against continuous improvement investments.
• Own the reconciliation platform P&L and work closely with finance to understand and identify scope for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Leadership, Marketing, Business Development & Account Management as the outside interface for the reconciliation team
🟣 Skills you need
Minimum Qualifications
• At least 5 years of experience in Product Management, with a proven track record of delivering impactful products and collaborating closely with engineering, design, and data teams.
• Strong data skills and analytical background, with hands-on experience using SQL, Excel, and other analytics tools to drive product decisions and insights.
• Experience building or managing analytics products, ideally in environments where data is core to the user experience.
• Exceptional product sense, with the ability to craft intuitive, world-class analytics experiences, building a product that acts as a Co-pilot for Payments Managers.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, capable of building trusted relationships across Product Management, UI/UX, Design, Leadership, and both internal and external stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and strategic thinker, able to balance critical thinking, creativity, and execution to solve complex problems and drive business growth.
• Fluent English.
