A role you will love   

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Product Manager with a background in Tax and Regulatory reporting to join our growing Product team.  As a Product Manager with Agile Product Owner responsibilities, you will be responsible for a selection of our tax offerings, tax certification processes and regulatory reporting obligations.

You will be instrumental in developing your product in line with our organisational strategy, translating our vision into tangible products and rolling out new offerings to the market. You will manage new ideas from concept to launch, working closely with colleagues across the business.

You will deliver clear product communication and documentation, including marketing briefs, product development updates and feature descriptions.

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as Product Owner of an Agile scrum team to execute your product strategy.
  • Working closely with the senior stakeholders in product to align vision and strategy, refining your product roadmap.
  • Understanding your internal and external stakeholders’ needs to prioritize work and develop your product effectively.
  • Delivery of clear product communication and documentation, including marketing briefs, product development updates and feature.

What will you bring to the role? 

You have a passion for Banking products and capabilities with demonstratable experience as Product Manager or business minded Product Owner. 

You will be a collaborative individual with the ability to build great, long-lasting business relationships at a global scale. Your previous experience will have involved providing strategic ownership for one or more complex products and services.

You also have excellent interpersonal communication skills providing the ability to present and explain information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others and promotes understanding and consensus.

Other key skills required for the role include:

  • Background in tax, compliance and/or regulatory reporting.
  • Demonstrable analytical skills and comfortable with complex topics and able to simplify/visualise them effectively.
  • Product or project experience that shows your ability to deliver against a strategy and meet or exceed your targets.
  • A background in software development lifecycles.
  • Knowledge & use of Confluence/Jira and other related analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with equity compensation plans is a plus.
