A role you will love

As our Product Manager for Global Equity & Tax Solutions, you’ll play a key role in creating simple, transparent experiences that bring clarity to tax journeys across the globe. You will contribute to the strategy and roadmap for how we support participants and clients in navigating tax obligations across multiple jurisdictions.

Your work will help shape how millions of employees interact with their equity compensation. You will work in an environment that balances regulation with technology, translating complex multi-market challenges into clear, scalable product solutions.

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Take ownership - Lead defined product areas within our tax and regulatory reporting capabilities, driving the vision and roadmap for your domain.
  • Drive innovation - Support the development of new product offerings, working with engineering, design, legal, and operations from initial concept through to global launch.
  • Solve complexity - Transform intricate international regulations into elegant, automated, and user-friendly tech solutions.
  • Prioritise with impact - Use data and customer insights to make tough prioritisation calls, ensuring we meet both regulatory requirements and user needs.
  • Communicate with clarity - Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, outlining clear business needs and customer impacts.
  • Execute in agile - Act as Product Owner for a dedicated agile team, ensuring that delivery activities align with product goals and create tangible customer value.

What will you bring to the role?

  • Analytical strength - Comfortable working with complex problem spaces and the ability to simplify them for others.
  • Collaboration skills - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence decisions and build strong partnerships across functions.
  • Agile expertise - Hands-on experience with agile delivery and modern product development frameworks.
  • Intellectual curiosity - The ability to quickly learn new domains.
  • Experience with tax, compliance, or equity compensation is a plus, but your product mindset is what matters most.
