As a Product Manager, Trading Product at Fanatics Betting & Gaming (FBG), you’ll support the development and delivery of key features that power our pre-match and in-play betting experiences. You’ll work closely with product, trading, and engineering teams to improve how we manage and price markets — helping ensure a fast, reliable, and competitive offering.

This is a great opportunity for a product manager with strong collaboration skills, a passion for sports, and a desire to work on impactful, customer-facing features that directly influence what users see and bet on.

Responsibilities

  • Support the scoping and delivery of new trading product features and enhancements, helping manage a multi-team roadmap
  • Write clear product requirements and partner with engineering to deliver high-quality features efficiently
  • Collaborate with traders, risk teams, and operations to understand workflows and identify pain points
  • Monitor product and market performance to identify trends, flag issues, and recommend improvements
  • Use data and customer insights to support prioritization and validate feature impact post-launch
  • Conduct research on competitor offerings and industry trends to ensure strong market positioning
  • Communicate updates, decisions, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders across the business

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of product management or sports trading experience
  • Solid understanding of sports — particularly how fans engage with live events and betting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to clearly convey product ideas, specs, and decisions to a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Experience working with engineers, analysts, and operational users to deliver cross-functional solutions
  • Analytical mindset and comfort using data to guide product decisions
  • A proactive, team-first mindset and strong attention to detail

Depending on the role, your interview and onboarding experience may include in-person components, such as onsite interviews or Launching into Better: LIVE—a multi-day cultural immersion in New York City for full-time, non-seasonal hires. These sessions are designed to build connection and bring our culture to life, though specific travel and participation requirements will be confirmed based on your role and location. Your recruiter will provide clear guidance at each stage of the process.
