Responsibilities
- Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with strategic objectives.
- Lead the discovery and definition of user needs and pain points to inform product development.
- Manage and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring clarity, visibility, and alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (designers, researchers, analysts, and engineers) to deliver user-centric solutions.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and stand-ups.
- Translate user research, data insights, and business requirements into actionable features and user stories.
- Ensure measurable outcomes are defined through the development of objectives and OKRs.
- Oversee the development and communication of current state assessments, including journey maps, gap analyses, and pain point identification.
- Work with stakeholders to validate, refine, and iterate on deliverables using evidence-based approaches.
- Guide the creation of initial product roadmaps, ensuring initiatives are prioritised based on user impact and feasibility.
- Support the onboarding and capability development of permanent team members through structured knowledge transfer and documentation.
- Act as the voice of the user and the business in all phases of product development, ensuring that decisions are data-informed and focused on delivering value.
