We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the evolution of our field productivity solutions within a global environment. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, customer insight, and innovation.

Day to day you will:

  • Lead Product Management for construction field productivity SaaS solutions, owning product strategy, roadmap, and delivery outcomes.

  • Drive customer-informed product development by partnering directly with construction users, engineering teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize high-impact initiatives.

  • Deliver AI-powered features and self-service capabilities that improve field productivity, operational efficiency, and user experience across construction workflows.

  • Collaborate across the Construction ERP product portfolio to ensure platform integration, consistency, and scalable architecture.

  • Monitor construction industry trends, regulatory requirements, and global team needs, translating insights into actionable product decisions.

Your skills and experience will include:

  • Demonstrated experience leading Product Management for SaaS solutions, ideally supporting construction, ERP, or field productivity platforms.

  • Proven ability to translate complex technical and customer needs into clear product strategy, roadmaps, and iterative releases.

  • Hands-on experience partnering with engineering teams to deliver scalable, cloud-based software using modern product development practices.

  • Experience defining, validating, and delivering AI-driven product features, including prototyping, experimentation, and production deployment.

  • Ability to operate effectively in a global, cross-functional environment with flexibility across time zones.

Work Authorization: Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship for this opportunity.

Location: Candidates must reside within the Eastern or Central U.S. time zones and be available to start their workday at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time, with flexibility to adjust their schedule as needed to support executive meetings, customer engagements, and cross-functional collaboration.

Compensation: The anticipated base salary for this role is $125,000–$140,000 annually. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including location, experience, and qualifications. Any compensation outside this range will follow applicable laws and company policy.
