Join us as a Product Manager

  • We’re looking for a strategic thinker who can analyse research insights, execute testing strategies and validate business, technical, and design requirements
  • You’ll be making sure appropriate data is collected to generate insights that will be used to design and develop our products
  • This is an opportunity for you to make your mark by making sure that our products meet customer needs
  • While this is a remote first role, you'll be expected to go into the office 2 days a month
What you'll do

We’re looking for a strategy led individual to monitor product performance, support the development of the product category strategy and develop short and long term product roadmaps. This will also require you to manage product engagement metrics, including reporting to stakeholders, as well as managing the software development team with daily tasks including managing a product backlog, agile ceremonies and stakeholder meetings.

You’ll also be:

  • Working collaboratively to provide effortless and end-to-end customer experiences to improve delivery agility and value for end state customers
  • Identifying new opportunities to help us deliver a better customer offering
  • Recommending improvements and leading the change to see initiatives taken through to implementation
  • Managing product risks and compliance, escalating and supporting the resolution of issues as needed
The skills you'll need

For this role, you’ll need to be a keen self-starter with a strong sense of commercial drive. Ideally, you’ll have a strategic customer focus and commercial acumen with a clear understanding of the wider issues affecting the financial services industry. Also, if you have a comprehensive knowledge of bank systems, that would be a distinct advantage.

You’ll also be expected to have:

  • An excellent track record of meeting objectives within deadlines
  • Evidence of well developed leadership skills
  • An ability to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback and coaching to the team
  • An excellent understanding of key income drivers across product lines to achieve engagement targets
