The Product Marketing Manager will be dedicated to the Continuous GTM (Go To Market) Enablement Program, helping GTM teams build the skills they need to generate pipeline and increase ARR. This role connects product marketing intelligence with GTM teams, ensuring that valuable insights and assets are effectively communicated through the continuous enablement program and used in customer-facing interactions. The role also plays a key part in supporting product launches and leveraging AI to work smarter and more efficiently across enablement initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the content calendar for product training and value proposition materials, ensuring timely delivery to the GTM teams.
  • Collaborate with the GTM enablement team to create engaging and effective product training materials that align with the goals of each sales play in the program.
  • Work with the rest of the product marketing team to ensure that the value proposition and use case materials are aligned with the overall GTM strategy and messaging.
  • Deliver product training and value proposition materials tailored to address the specific questions and challenges faced by GTM teams in the field
  • Act as the primary liaison between the product marketing team and the GTM teams, facilitating communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of the product training and value proposition materials, making adjustments as needed to improve outcomes.
  • Alongside the enablement team, provide regular updates and reports on the progress and impact of the Continuous GTM Enablement Program to key stakeholders.
  • Support product launches by ensuring GTM teams are equipped with the right messaging, materials, and training to drive adoption and customer engagement.
  • Identify and apply opportunities to leverage AI tools and insights to enhance the efficiency, personalization, and impact of enablement content and delivery.

 Additional Responsibilities:

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product marketing and sales enablement.
  • Participate in regular meetings with the enablement team and other departments to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Support the development and implementation of new sales plays and initiatives as needed.


Key interfaces to other M-Files roles:

Collaboration with GTM Teams (AE's, CSMs, Renewals, etc.):

  • Engage with GTM teams regularly to understand their needs, challenges, and feedback regarding the product training and value proposition materials.
  • Conduct surveys, interviews, and feedback sessions with GTM teams to gather insights and improve the relevance and effectiveness of the training materials.
  • Provide ongoing support and resources to GTM teams to help them effectively utilize the training materials in their sales efforts.
  • Work closely with GTM leadership to ensure that the training materials align with the overall GTM strategy and objectives.
  • Enablement Team: To ensure the learning experience is engaging and effective.
  • Product Marketing & Marketing Team: To ensure content alignment with GTM strategy and messaging.
  • Product Team: To ensure training materials accurately reflect product features and benefits.
