Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Market Leadership
- Partner with the CEO to articulate and broadcast the company vision and positioning.
- Develop comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategies backed by in-depth market research and competitive analysis.
- Define product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
- Lead end-to-end product launches, managing all aspects from creative asset development to campaign execution.
- Help us broadcast a vision and position through the market.
- Monitor and optimize key performance metrics.
- Utilize advanced analytics tools and generative AI solutions for rapid market insights and iterative messaging.
- Work collaboratively with product, sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure cohesive strategy execution.
- Act as a connector between departments, incorporating actionable feedback into product development and market strategies.
- Actively participate in campaign execution, while also mentoring and growing your team over time.
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within agile, cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record in executing successful market launches for software or tech-related products.
- Strong educational background in marketing, business, or related fields; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Exceptional strategic planning and market research abilities.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and analytics tools.
- Demonstrated competence in advanced data analytics and generative AI for market testing and message refinement.
- Superior narrative and storytelling skills to craft compelling product value propositions.
- Excellent communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to lead strategic initiatives as well as actively engage in hands-on campaign execution.
- Self-starter capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while driving measurable results.
