Team Overview
Production Solutions, within the Data Solutions pillar of Aladdin Data, is responsible for the technical configuration, day-to-day user support, and overall client experience of Aladdin’s Data & Analytics enterprise platform. This platform serves as a utility-grade data factory and service toolkit designed to meet the diverse needs of the Aladdin community.
The team partners closely with Operations and Engineering to enable products and features for clients. Key areas of focus include expanding the enterprise data asset catalog, developing institutional data domain expertise, enhancing data quality intelligence, and extending data solutions capabilities to solve complex client data challenges. Through direct engagement with vendors and business partners, the team helps ensure the Data & AI organization continues to deliver exceptional client experiences and business value in a rapidly evolving market.
Role Description
The Production Solutions Chapter is responsible for the technical configuration required to support clients on Aladdin’s Data & Analytics enterprise platform, as well as for facilitating updates to the operating environment for existing users. The team works closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design scalable, repeatable solutions that integrate with multiple data sources and support enterprise-wide self-service needs.
This growing team consists of skilled Business Analysts who apply standard BA methodologies, supported by a strong understanding of BlackRock’s organization, processes, and technology. The team is seeking an Associate to support the expanding BlackRock and Aladdin client pipeline, as well as the growing existing client base.
In this role, you will leverage your understanding of Aladdin’s Data & Analytics platform to design and deliver innovative client solutions. You will be responsible for the technical design, build, and implementation of the platform in close collaboration with partner teams such as BlackRock Solutions (BRS) and end users. You will also act as a feedback channel to Process Engineering, helping to continuously enhance analytic capabilities and deliver best-in-class solutions.

Key Responsibilities- Provide ongoing support for the production processes that power the Aladdin Data Factory, including the installation of customizable analytics and reporting solutions
- Own day-to-day configuration for new and existing clients on the Data & Analytics platform, including milestone tracking, action item management, and stakeholder coordination
- Develop in-depth knowledge of Aladdin functionality to ensure clients fully leverage the platform’s capabilities
- 2+ years of experience in client service or client implementation roles
- Proven ability to multitask and manage cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong curiosity and drive to understand processes, with creative problem-solving skills and an eagerness to learn new technologies
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills and experience using technology to solve problems at scale
- Outstanding academic achievement, with a degree in business, computer science, economics, finance, mathematics, or a related quantitative field
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely
- Programming experience in Python or Perl is a plus, but not required
- Experience with SQL, Power BI, and ServiceNow (SNOW) is a plus
