The Transformation team is responsible for executing on strategic initiatives to deliver the CDAO priorities. The team leads critical cross CDAO projects that enable Lines of Businesses and Corporate Functions with the tools and solutions to achieve AI-ready data, and effectively and efficiently manage data risk.

- Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing the strategic vision and goals for the project management function within the organization.
- Leadership: Providing leadership and guidance to the project management team, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, clients, and partners.
- Resource Allocation: Overseeing the allocation of resources across projects, ensuring optimal utilization and efficiency.
- Risk Management: Identifying and managing high-level risks and issues that could impact the organization's projects and strategic objectives.
- Performance Monitoring: Establishing performance metrics and monitoring the progress and success of projects across the organization.
- Innovation and Improvement: Driving innovation and continuous improvement within the project management function, adopting new methodologies and technologies.
- Reporting: Providing regular updates and reports to the executive team and board of directors on project performance and strategic initiatives.
- Mentorship: Mentoring and developing the skills of project managers and other team members, fostering a culture of growth and development.

- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management software and tools, as well as emerging technologies that can enhance project management practices.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience in the financial services industry
- Experience within a data and/or analytics organization, or specific strategy project experience in the field of data and/or analytics
- Experience and technical knowledge of data management and governance, big data platforms, or data architecture preferred
- MBA and/or advanced degree from a top-tier program
