- Partner with Business, Engineering, Data and Governance teams to design, implement, and maintain technical solutions for our people technology Landscape
- Support the design and delivery of Data Governance solutions across a large technical landscape in a fast-paced environment
- Manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of programs, including scheduling, resourcing, budgeting, tracking, benefits and communication with Executive stakeholders
- Facilitate the change management process and ensure program adoption, and that changes are managed effectively
- Act as a strategic partner by proactively fostering strong relationships throughout the program lifecycle with cross-functional teams and business-facing stakeholders
- Managed delivery across multiple business and engineering teams with a strong track record of driving complex programs and managing interdependent teams.
- 7+ years of relevant work experience across technical program management focused on Data Governance, Access Management, Compliance, Data Quality, and Security
- Technical Experience with role-based access controls, Data life cycle controls, Data classification & lineage, Data retention, depreciation and deletion within the people technology domain
- People technology experience is desirable (Workday & Atlassian solutions)
- Proven track record of driving a robust data governance framework and compliance across all our data policies
- Excellent verbal, written, and influencing skills (including experience with facilitating meetings and engaging with an executive audience)
- Strong experience in using Atlassian tools, namely, Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence and Loom
- Agile / PMP Certification is highly desirable.
