Job DescriptionBose is transforming how HR services are delivered globally — shifting toward a more standardized, technology-enabled, and employee-centric operating model that fully leverages GBS.
The Program Manager, HR Service Delivery Transformation will play a critical role in making this future state a reality. This leader will serve as the program owner and integrator, partnering closely with HR, GBS, and Information Technology (IT) to translate strategy into execution.
Working closely with senior leadership in HR and GBS, this role will initiate, structure, and drive the end-to-end HR service delivery transformation — from defining the program roadmap and governance, through detailed project planning, execution, and change adoption.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can “see the forest through the trees” while also being willing to roll up their sleeves to solve problems, unblock teams, and ensure outcomes are delivered. Success will require credibility across multiple levels of HR, GBS, and IT, as well as strong change management and stakeholder leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
HR Service Delivery Transformation Leadership
Own the end-to-end program management plan and execution for the design and implementation of the future-state HR service delivery model leveraging GBS.
Translate HR strategy and vision into a clear transformation roadmap, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
Ensure alignment across process, technology, people, and governance throughout the transformation.
Act as the primary integrator across HR, GBS, and IT workstreams.
Program & Project Management
Establish and lead the overall program structure, including governance, cadence, decision forums, and risk management.
Develop and maintain detailed, integrated project plans covering process redesign, technology enablement, transition waves, and stabilization.
Proactively identify dependencies, risks, and issues — driving resolution and escalation as needed.
Track and communicate progress, outcomes, and value realization to executive stakeholders.
Partnership with HR
Partner closely with the Sr. Manager, HR Technology & Analytics to ensure technology solutions enable the future-state service model.
Coordinate sequencing between process changes, system releases, data readiness, and operational transitions.
Ensure strong collaboration between HR, GBS, and IT teams during design, build, testing, and deployment.
Change Management & Adoption
Lead the change management strategy for the HR service delivery transformation, in partnership with HR and GBS change resources.
Drive stakeholder engagement across HR leadership, HR teams, GBS operations, and IT.
Support communications, training, and readiness activities to ensure successful adoption.
Build trust and credibility through transparency, follow-through, and results.
Continuous Improvement & Value Realization
Define success metrics for service delivery performance, employee experience, and operational efficiency.
Ensure new ways of working are embedded and sustained post-implementation.
Identify opportunities to further optimize HR services through standardization, automation, and scale.
Qualifications
8+ years of progressive experience leading HR transformation, HR shared services, or GBS-enabled service delivery in a global organization.
Strong HR domain expertise, with a deep understanding of end-to-end HR processes and service delivery models.
Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional programs involving HR, shared services, and IT.
Proven ability to operate effectively at both strategic and execution levels.
Experience working with enterprise HR systems (e.g., Workday) and understanding how technology enables service delivery (hands-on configuration not required).
Strong change management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Experience in global, matrixed environments with multiple regions and cultures.

Enterprise mindset with the ability to connect strategy to execution
Strong program leadership and governance discipline
