While no two days are the same, you will deliver complex, large-scale Human Resources and Talent Management programs from initiation through delivery. Develop reporting with the right partners to build the infrastructure for monitoring and assessing program effectiveness. You will independently manage project plans, strategies, and execution of Talent Management programs while coordinating with cross-functional teams. Expertly execute all aspects of project management from the small to the large. Review industry trends and external benchmarking to proactively identify and recommend continuous improvements related to your program ownership. Lastly, you will act as a peer mentor on the People Operations team.
- You have 3+ years of experience leading high scope projects and working with cross-functional teams.
- You have 3+ years of experience working within a Human Resources and/or Talent Management function
- You are comfortable with taking risks, challenging the status quo and working under ambiguous circumstances to achieve results
- You have experience navigating through complex problems, analyze processes, synthesize data and results and drive toward solutions
- You have excellent ability to problem solve and present solution oriented plans
- You are capable of owning the business for which you are responsible and providing appropriate updates, plans and gaining input from critical stakeholders
- You have strong written and oral communication and presentation skills
- You are competent in project management; has the ability to manage many priorities and tight deadlines

$73,000-$147,000Please note that the salary range above is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
