In this role, you will perform tasks across all spectrums of Project Management to include initiating, organizing, integration, planning, managing & controlling, developing and completing projects/programs.
This will include proposals, planning & baselining, schedule analysis and tracking, EVM, VAR preparation, Control Account oversight, risk and opportunity development and tracking as well as other critical tasks in support of the Sr. Production Program Manager.

As the HIMARS Program Manager, in this role you will;
- Oversee, coordinate, plan, organize, control, integrate, and execute a collection of projects assisting the High Mobility Artillery Rocket System (HIMARS) deliveries
- Serve as a liaison between Program Management and planning, project team and line management
- Ensure achievement of financial, schedule, technical performance objectives
- Review and report on status of project's budget, schedule, risks/opportunities, and corrective action plans
- Assess issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and improvement objectives
- Demonstrate strong program leadership experience to include ethics, safety and security
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of experience or equivalent education/experience
- Experience in Program Management/Performance Management /Program Controls
- Earned Value Management or similar performance baseline measurement process experience
- Familiarity with financial, production, engineering and programmatic processes
- Knowledge of how to monitor plans, schedules, budgets, and resources
- Aptitude to manage complex tasks to completion through coordinated execution of cross functional support
- Knowledge of how to lead effectively in a functional organization by developing productive relationships across the organization
- Aptitude to demonstrate commitment to achieving desired outcomes
- Strong communications techniques (internally and externally)
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Strong practical experience in a production environment.
- Experience to influence effectively in a functional organization by developing productive relationships across the organization.
- CAPM/PMP certification in Program Management
