JOB DESCRIPTION
- You coordinate projects for the safety testing of motors and switches
- Your projects are based on UL and IEC standards or customer specifications
- You independently define the scope of the project and the test specification to be applied
- You develop the test plan and calculate the effort and thus the time frame of the project
- The projects may involve frequent travelling to carry out tests or to participate in tests at the customer's premises
- Reviewing projects is also one of your tasks
The customer is our focus
- You communicate regularly with the customer and discuss the planning and implementation of the project
- You provide information on standard procedures and requirements
- You clarify technical questions and create project-related reports (English)
QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree in engineering or completed training in a technical field such as mechanical engineering or automation technology
- At least 2 years of professional experience in the field of motors or switches
- Italian and English language skills min. B2 level (written and oral)
- Detailed knowledge of the technical vocabulary common to the appropriate discipline.
- Working knowledge of conformity standards in use in area of expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to apply project-handling concepts in use in area of expertise.
