The CRO Change team supports the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) function in managing risks more effectively by driving targeted change initiatives, streamlining risk management processes, and implementing tailored solutions that enable smooth organisational adoption.
Within the CRO Change department, the Risk Transformation group focuses on the implementation of strategic CRO initiatives and is responsible for leading and coordinating projects across Market Risk, Treasury Risk, and Credit Risk domains.

YOUR CHALLENGE
  • Lead and deliver complex, cross‑divisional change initiatives strengthening CRO governance, processes, data, and infrastructure across Market Risk, Treasury, and Credit Risk

  • Steer the CRO Financial Risk project portfolio, ensuring clear prioritisation, transparency, and effective governance aligned with Bank and CRO strategy

  • Assess current‑state processes, systems, and governance frameworks, and design future‑state solutions in collaboration with subject matter experts

  • Translate strategic objectives into tangible business requirements, target operating models, and implementation roadmaps

  • Own budget, resource allocation, and delivery outcomes across initiatives, driving execution with a high degree of autonomy and accountability

YOUR PROFILE
  • Academic degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field

  • Strong banking experience with a focus on control functions within financial risk

  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex change initiatives with significant IT and data components, coordinating business, IT, and quantitative stakeholders

  • Very good understanding of end‑to‑end risk management processes, governance frameworks, and supporting infrastructure

  • Strong analytical mindset combined with decisive leadership, sound judgment, and ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions

  • Fluent in English, with German as a strong advantage
