We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of a large‑scale digital transformation programme within an asset‑intensive environment.

The Project Manager will play a key role in data readiness, system adoption, and integration delivery, working closely with operational leaders, IT teams, vendors, and field‑based users

  • Manage the full waterfall delivery lifecycle including discovery, design, build, UAT, training, and go‑live.
  • Plan and manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate internal IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders across multiple workstreams.
  • Lead project activities centred on an Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) platform, primarily IBM Maximo or equivalent.
  • Oversee data readiness and migration from multiple legacy and siloed sources into the EAM system.
  • Ensure data quality, completeness, and suitability for operational use and reporting.
  • Support system integrations between the EAM platform and other enterprise systems.
  • Drive standardisation of inspection and maintenance workflows enabled by the EAM platform.
  • Ensure business requirements are fully translated into functional and technical delivery outcomes.
  • Lead engagement with stakeholders across operations, IT, field users, and leadership teams.

Requirements
  • Proven experience delivering enterprise IT projects in a utilities, infrastructure, or asset‑intensive environment.
  • Strong experience Maximo or another Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solution.
  • Demonstrated experience in data readiness, data migration, and data quality management
  • Solid understanding of maintenance, inspection, and work management processes.
  • Proven ability to drive user adoption and operational change.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Experience working in a Agile or waterfall delivery model.
  • Knowledge or experience with ArcGIS or other GIS platforms.
  • Experience delivering system integrations with EAM platforms.
  • ERP knowledge, particularly Oracle, especially relating to procurement integration.
  • Experience working in regulated or safety‑critical environments.
  • Experience delivering mobile application rollouts to operational or field‑based users
